I know I've written about the Storm Worm already, but due to the severity and nastiness of this virus I think it's worth continuing my little dialogue. To start with, let me urge everyone to PLEASE install antivirus software, or for even better protection, Internet Security. I know, I'm biased, but I recommend ZoneAlarm. Back to the Storm Worm. Some people say this is the most destructive virus ever developed. It allegedly derives from a gang of crooks in Eastern Europe and reached it's first peak in September last year. I say first peak because there's nothing to say the Storm worm won't show its ugly head again, bigger than ever before. In September 2007 two million computers around the world were infected with the Storm virus and more than 20% of the world's spam was generated by this virus. Tomorrow - how did it start?
