A few years ago the buzz word in computer security circles was antivirus. Fortunately the majority of computer users understand that viruses are bad, and antivirus software is good. Accordingly the install rate of software to protect computers against viruses is very good. These days almost all business computers have some form of antivirus software installed, and many home users either do have protection installed, or at least know that they should. Sadly though, viruses are no longer the big threat to computer users. With the prevalence of spyware and hacking, computer users have to be much more aware of the threats they need protection against.
